I think I am at the lot worse stage...I hope the lot better stage comes soon, hows tommorrow sound? I know my doc told me to make some appointments for stuff but Im not sure what.... crap thats gonna go over well. I keep messing up my meds, not taking to many or anything, I just cant remember what day it is and it really messes me up. how old am I again 99? feel like it

perhaps one of them was for a memory test...grin... seriously though...get a pill keeper..i call mine an old lady pill keeper..no offencse to anyone reading this...it has three spots for each day...has a spot for each day of the week...the only way i can keep track of wether or not i take my meds...grin...
