Do you mean you\'ve got a sort of shunt in your vein which an injection can be put into to give meds directly, then it gets closed off - have seen such a thing on fellow student - she was on dialysis (always wore a scarf around her wrist).Whatever, I hope it helps you to feel better. noppers this turkey has semi-permanent veinous access for 6 months I think. weeeee hooooo!
i dont know what it is...veinous access that is...im not sure i want to...grin...it does not sound at all pleasant....hope you feel better soon though
