All results are in, LP was negative and I have another UTI. why so many UTIs? thats 2 in what.....2 months? I don't get it. so , back to square one. I go back to see neuro on the 24th. so why do my symptoms get worse when I have a UTI? does fibro do that? what else does that? sorry suz, but it's time to google!

L, I always got UTIs. Now I take cranberry concentrate capsules twice a day. I went from 2 UTIs a month to only getting them on vacations and around my anniversary....wink, wink....-Jen
So sorry, I had a negative lp and headachesand all the crap, i have bladder spasms. Going to see a MS specialist now. I hope you feel better and feisty is right cranberry is great!

It is good that it was negative but I am sorry you still don\'t have your answers you are wanting so bad. I have had issues with UTI\'s in the past as well. Cranberry is the way to go on that as I see many do. I think with any illness or disease you have will be affected when you have any kind of infection. I have heard that it makes others Fibro flare up as well. Keep hanging in there and sure hope you get some answers soon and you feel better!! Take care!

Hello Rbear, Younger d. takes cranberry juice everyday - uses it as a preventative (Married 1 year, wink wink!) - had it twice - v.v. unpleasant - had to take antibiotics when 3 teeth removed in Aug. - horrible but - wow! I no longer race to the \'loo-often wetting myself a bit. Had a UTI, mild, & just thought I\'m getting old - all those kids & miscarriages, etc.,- Amazing - am fine now. I hope something marvellous like that happens to you - tho\' that was pretty weird I know! Mum used to have UTI constantly - had to drink foul liquid, which she called Pot.Cit. (I worked out later was probably potassium citrate!) She thought it helped. PS - Plenty of water- but you\'d know that! Best, JaneD.
