wellllll, have you ever noticed all my journal entries began with wellllll? and of course , I am not wellllll....lol smiley-tongue-out.gif I am in an extremely sarcastic mood! I woke up this morning feeling pretty much fine. no aches or pains, could feel all four limbs (that didnt last) and I said to my self, self...you are ate up! Get up off your butt and do something! I realize that I am depressed over all this but depression isn't my primary dx. So what to do ...I have absolutely NOOOOOO motivation to do anything at all! I thought about going swimming ( I pay for a gym membership that I havent used in years!) I thought about bike riding , but decided that I should do that in the cooler part of the day. I could go downstairs and work out a little bit. I could just get up off this couch and go do nothing in a different part of the house! I think my primary dx is flat out laziness! my feet feel better when I am moving and not sitting, my arms, well I just don't notice the pain and numbness as much if I dont sit here and dwell on it...I am in such a woe is me mood! I didnt need any prn meds yesterday and I believe today will be the same. swimming sounds soooooo good, but that would require getting up off my butt! next week is gonna be a busy week for me. perhaps after I am made to be off my butt I can continue it. I am going to work sat and sun, I have the MRIs monday , tues we leave for an EMS conference (hubby going along, yeah!!) so wednesday -friday will be all day things, saturday I work.....either this is gonna make me or break me. God help me it looks scary written out like that!  you know what , now that Ive written that out , I probably better take it easy today! (as if that were something new)

I had that. That flat out lazy thing. Still do. It\'s a real DX. Know how I know? Because someone told me...I don\'t remember who it was....I have MS. Who cares, it\'s real and it counts. Rest up for next week.-Jen

I can relate to how you feel. I also have days when I get so overwhelmed about all of the things I \'should\' be doing that I give up before I even start. I\'m also good at rationalizing why I shouldn\'t start house or school work--like right now--I should be correcting papers, but instead I\'m on the DS board. I need to find a \'balance\'. Hope your work days go well--don\'t work too hard!

Hi Rbear,
That\'s a common feeling - several diseases produce the \'can\'t be bothered\' syndrome. I\'m sitting here in dressing gown - didn\'t get dressed today -was supposed to go to funeral of old friend (just dropped dead).Did not sleep, so took meds. - & woke at 9.29; to catch the 9.40 bus! So didn\'t make it to Church. But I did get the computer up & running again. It was you that sent me the directions for loading pictures wasn\'t it? - well, the young ISP tech. help (who\'s in the Phillipines, & earns a pittance) had to direct me to re-establish connection which had dropped out (it happens regularly, but is too long to write down - it worried me when she told me to go into my e-mail package- that\'s not normal, but I did: WOW! she managed to wipe all my stuff - incoming, sent, trash can - the lot! Only my address book is left. So an hour later I had the Supervisor on the phone: sweetalkin\' me! When and if you\'ve got the energy (like next month) could you repeat them for me, please? -what a cheek I have, after your feeling so rotten! I\'m in deep gloom - back onto anti-deps. for a few weeks I think.Do hope your attendance goes well, ditto weekend work: I just cannot think I\'m so sad, Best wishes. JaneD.
