I haven't completed my journal since Saturday. I have been really busy. We went to the Zoo all day Sunday, of all the weird and wonderful animals we saw, my daughter said that her favourite was the goats! She loved them because they were the only ones that she could actually touch (and hug!). We also had a picnic in the rain! Today I have been on a mission running loads of errands went to the library...my sons clinical psychologist appointment...into town...DIY store...post office to pay bills...food shopping...carwash...busy busy, all with the kids in tow! They were pretty well behaved, which is a great achievement for my son who finds this sort of stuff a real drag. My daughter finds enjoyment in all things, she even loves it when we do housework, she just loves getting involved! I made it into an 'adventure' as much as poss and gave them a little sweet treat for their 'help' (none for me of course!). I felt too tired to go gym this evening and I didn't go yesterday, but we walked loads around the zoo - loads of hills, so that's ok. Off to the gym tommorrow though cos I have set some weight loss goals.I need to lose 5 stone to get to 11 stone and I want to be half way there by Christmas, which seems pretty realistic if I commit myself, ultimately I would love to be 10 stone, but I am not even going to think about that for a long time yet. It's weird, I can't even imagine being that slim anymore! But one day! It's only my 'second' week, but I have noticed a significant improvement in my digestion already, no more heartburn or bloating and the headache stage of the diet seems to have passed, I think you get some kind of withdrawal symptoms when you start. I am also noticing what hunger and thirst actually feel like, with improvements like this, how could I possibley stop! Well off to bed, night night my dear friends.

A day at the zoo..thats most always fun. My son loves the petting zoo, within the zoo, too. The meercats and aquarium, run a close second. :) If I did my \'stone\' math, correctly...seems that we are about the same size, and shooting for around the same goal..go figure..lol. I can\'t imagine being that size, either...never have been (in my adult life). BUT,,,one day, it WILL be reality, for the both of us...how cool is that?? :)
You are doing great!
Hugs
