I was so busy going down memory lane I forgot to do my actual journal. It was weird, I just had to write all that down. I am hoping it will serve as a way of letting it all go! I still feel positive, I did 50 minutes on the treadmill burning 300 cals, plus some light weights. When I first started at the gym, doing 15 minutes exercise was difficult, seriously puffed out. Ate healthy foods again today, no urges to binge today either, not even a little bit, yay!

Proud of you,KEEP IT UP. JIM
Good Morning :)
Thanks for the prayers and well wishes.
Once again, your story sounds so much like mine..we really DO have alot of similarities! I also left home at 15. My dieting sequences are much like yours. Thinking I was fat, when I wasn\'t, and then eventually becoming what I truly believed I was.
Letting go of the past is a great step in the right direction...I really think this is the key...moreso, than anything else. Seems that most anyone that has a weight issue, or eating \'disorder\'..etc...has some kind of an emotional attachment to food. I think the counting calories, and excercise is the easy part...lol. Sorting through the other garbage, is the hard part.
This is the first time I have tried journaling, or really working through my feelings, along with \'dieting\'. I think this is the smart way to go.
You have done a wonderful job, at noting your thoughts, and progress.
It\'s great to see that you are building your endurance, and keeping the binge monster, at bay! Way to go! :)
Here\'s to another positive day! :)
Hugs!
Paulette :)
