Had another pretty good day today.  Took the kids and my nieces and nephew to the cinema to see the Simpsons.  We had a laugh.  I thought ahead, knowing that social events cause me to eat the things that I want to stay away from.  The cinema is a place were I would normally sit and graze like cattle for two hours! So I took a litre of water and popped some fruit in my bag.  I still had a little handful of M&Ms when I was offered them by my son, why can't I just say no?  Anyway, it isn't going to happen over night, and I am still feeling positive.  I have just taken all of my body measurements and am toying with the idea of putting them in my journal, so it's on record!  I am wondering if it will be in anyway motivating to share my inch loss in this way mmm..will think about it. The thing that I like about this site, is that you can share your ups and downs.  As a yo-yo dieter that has been thin, fat and everything in between, people get bored of me being on a diet.  It is so embarassing and demoralising when I put weight back on (yet again, and again).  I feel that I can't share this journey with family and friends, not completely.  I feel like telling my hubby, how I am doing,  but  he has  seen me do it all before.  Weight loss support groups did not suit me either, in my experience, the discussions only just scratched the surface and many women used them as more of a place to socialise over a coffee and a chat (which is fine for them).Feeling a bit anxious tonight, trying to control it, at least it is not as bad as it has been.  Going to try and get a doctors appointment this week to discuss the anxiey and depression again.

Good morning, Sunshine :) Thanks, so much for the advice and encouragement.

I feel the same way, as far as this site...I am thankful that I stumbled upon it. Lot\'s of great advice, and support. I think that folks feel they can be more candid, behind the safety of the monitor....which is a good thing. Talk about the real issues...as there are so many underlying ones, that lead to weight gain/loss.

I read through yesterdays post, and ..wow! You did a wonderful job identifying triggers, AND coming up with solutions. It\'s much better to have a loaded gun, when going to battle. :)

I have been meaning to make a doc\'s appointment, as well. I should do that, (you\'ve encouraged me). I have all the symptoms of PCOS. Went to an endocrinologist, after I had my son, 8 years ago. I felt so degraded, because of my WEIGHT...that I never returned. This was at my all time high.

YOU, are doing a great job! I have faith, in you. :)

Here\'s to another, positive..productive day...*Cheers* :)
