hmmm
Still trying the "relax" thoughts to get me through this no money worry. I am much stronger than a year ago that's for sure. Not freaking out but will wait and see what next week brings.
It was only like 9 starting out today. Believe we hit high of 11. Oh my! Heat wave! It was cold out there. I had little hiccups today. Car refused to start. Part of issue is I don't go anywhere any more to keep it charged. lol. I went out Wednesday for blood work. Thought I better try to start today and nothing. Just a slight idea of starting then those infamous "click click click". I called one of sons (the one who bought the battery last year) and he said he thinks it was just the cold. He's coming over tomorrow and check it out. Told him to take it back to that place and see if it's charging. My car is a 2005 explorer with 66,700+ miles. Very very good condition. But the selling point is it is paid for! I would love to have smaller vehicle but not the payments so it is a keeper. Have to have working vehicle since I have little guy so much.
My best gf comes over at least once a week and we go out to shop. I buy what I need and look the rest. It's just nice to get out. Her daughter is getting married in October and she's volunteering me to help out. I look forward to it. Hoping one of mine take that plunge soon.
Have to brag bit about grandson. My sister got him one of those boards that has the pegged pics of shapes and colors to put in. Well it says 2 and over but he is just 17 months. Nona practices with him when he's here. On the 31st of December I sent sis a video of him playing with it. He did it but struggled here and there. Ok, now last night I pulled it out and dang it if he didn't place ALL 8 of those back into their spots the FIRST time!!!! We do it every day he is here. He's just so awesome. His daddy posted a pic on fb that showed him in daddy's recliner. He went over, lifted the footrest up and climbed in. He went to my fridge the other day with his cup and pressed the water tab on the door to get water in his cup!! (I did lock that since so he doesn't get water everywhere!)
Ok I could go on and on but you get the pic. Yes, this is one proud nona here and I'm not afraid to show it. I worry less since I got him. I am so truly blessed!!

I\'m sorry about your battery. I just had to replace one in the Kawasaki mule. I hate hearing that click, click on a cold morning. Last year it was a tractor battery.
I can hear the joy when you write about that little grandson. I have one about that age too. They learn so quickly and are so proud when they can do something new.
You are so blessed to have family and friends near you to visit and get you out of the house.
My mom keeps saying that Life hands us enough bad things as it is. Why do we have to make it worse for each other.
I hope I can eventually develop your positive attitude. I was such a happy and optimistic person before my life crashed. Now I just feel so sad and broken.
I hope everything works out with your battery. Mine went once and it was still under warranty so they fixed it for free.
