so you would figure that with such a short time til court date (1 week) the last thing he would not do is pay his support. Or at least make sure his company follows through with court order. Then again we are talking about 2 parts of a whole who could care less what the court tells them to do. I can only hope it gets in Monday so I can pay some bills.
Very tired today. Working does feel so good though. I missed being out in the public more. The other job is nice too but I am in a trailer and only communicate through a window the majority of time. With the 2nd one I am out in the public. And it wears me out. lol. In a good way. I sleep better and think less. two good outcomes of the exhaustion.

If there is a court order in place, you will get your money. You usually do not get it on the pay date of the person who is paying it. I did payroll for a contractor, and that old goat, would not let me do it on line to the state. AND the employees did not have direct deposit ( go figure) so I cut checks. The one child support check I did have to do, I took to the post office on my lunch so the woman could get the money as fast I could possibly get it to the state, so they could then redistribute to her! In some states the employer directly pays you... but still there is usually a time wait, a weekend.
My maintenance is a week behind.. the gap got longer over the last years. He gets paid bi-weekly, I usually do not get the direct deposit, until the following Thurs..and a holiday can screw it up! Hang in there.. and the job tired thing.. it takes time to adjust if you have not been working full time or in your case two jobs. Best to you!
thanks. msterey. I usually get the checks deposited through local csea every Wednesday. sometime Thursday or Friday. but doesn\'t usually miss a week. his employer was sending on time but I know the company well and like I said they are there for each other. but I\'m not worrying. looks good for me in court if he keeps screwing up.
Jeez, why are they such asshole\'s is beyond me. Good Luck and I\'m glad your happy in your jobs.
