so it is ok to take the job., that I am thankful for. on the other hand, my atty has yet to look over my proposal (sent month ago) and promised to get back to me. she has to look over his proposal too from his atty. surely if his thinks she isnt going to get paid would encourage him to settle without a trial. you would think so right?
