good day

very good day spent with d-in-l and her mom. we went shopping for baby furniture. I have been hoarding and saving so that I can contribute some to help out. we did find a beautiful set and my share (split 3 ways) was $370.00. not bad. I can handle that without hurting my budget cause i have another 3 months to pay it. I feel like being grandma I have to try and help some within my budget of course. Her mom got 1 layaway out (very costly  one at that--over 300) then put another one in roughly $200. Plus turned around at the next store and bought $90 of clothes. Ok I am not playing the poor-me card but this grandma can't do that. I am not in no way able to. but I am fine with that. No competition as to who is the better grandma. may not have the cash but if love and hugs count then I am a millionaire!!
