So had to do taxes as if I was filing without filing. Atty wants to see if stbx gets money back if we do joint. Anyone want to bet he's done them already??? That would make 3 violations of the court order his own atty wrote up. Calling mine tomorrow to fax papers. Guess I will find out. Wish they would sanction him for all these things he's doing. Where's the fairness? He's still doing what he wants to do when he wants to do it. Screw what he's been ordered to do. Are you paying attention to this your honor??

I had someone do my taxes, claiming both kids and filing head of household (he\'s been gone 17 months). He had told our realtor we were filing married jointly-I decided even if that would have been better I wanted them done separately.
And yes, these guys do seem to get away with a lot. Run away and get away with it in my case. Living the high life while his kids and I are struggling-where\'s the justice in that?

yes lori they seem to be winning but trust me they wont win in the \"higher\" court. karma will take care of them. maybe not as we would like or as soon as we would like but i believe it will happen
