I'm still here. I'm still moving on. I'm still much stronger than I was a year ago. but I'm still waiting for the end. He pulled many, many delays. His lawyer pulled a few fast ones too. But I have my house and my car signed over to me. He still declares he will assume the line of credit loan. But I know he says a lot and does it differently. So today it the second hearing as the first one got continued because his lawyer boohooed to judge claiming she didnt get papers. Wrong! Good thing my lawyer "happened" to be at court house when she was there. Anyway, she had til last friday to turn in her counter and today I am supposed to get copies. I need a good laugh anyway. The hearing is today at 3:30 est but it is a no parties attending one. Hope my lawyer "happens" to show up again. I need some really good news. Like maybe stbx has to start paying spousal as of now... please say a prayer for me

It\'s 3:30 here and I do hope your stbx is ordered to pay you spousal support. Yes, the attys will cause delays too. The ex delayed for over a year as his atty. tried to run me out of money. It didn\'t work for him and it won\'t work on you either.
