OMG I'm just waiting for the phone to ring I need to talk to my attorney, I came home today to find a 4 sale sign in front of house, whiich mind you i tore out of the ground with fury and it is now sitting in the back of my truck. He will totally be in contempt of court, he actually said to me when I asked him so where do we get to live now, he said he doesn't fu king care, nice guy huh, I am so mad and scared at the time. I really need to get something to calm me down.I guess I should thank my lucky stars that the housing market here in CA sucks and houses stay on the market for 6-12 months at a time if not longer.You know when we seperated my son was going into 7th grade and would have been starting at a new school, I said that we should move to somewhere more afforable, but my stupid X nixed that idea telling the court that he would keep us in this house until he graduated,,LIAR LIAR.. I just so friggin upset I can't stt straight.. deep breathes come on I can do it calm down. Ok now I'm realy scarign myself I didn't realize you could talke to yourself online,, EEK another thing to worry about I think I am going crazy!!!

That\'s unbelievable. I\'m in Ca also and if I remember right....uh...you kind of have to do what the court says you have to do.
Why don\'t you call the realtor and explain the situation. I am sure they are not aware and do not want to have legal problems.
Boy I hope the court uphold the orders that would make things right ,I do have a game set up for 2011 when son graduates..BAs for the Realto I won\'t have any lucky as it is his X brother inlaw who he hangs out with more then his sister.
What a asshole-Didn\'t he think about his kids comming home to see their home for sale-I was one of those kids a long time ago-I ripped it out of the ground-I am glad your lawyer says he can\'t do that.Take Care
