you need to take legal action asap, before your mortgage is late. If you can\'t afford an attorney, maybe you can find legal help to help you fill out the papers and file them yourself, he is in contempt of court. Don\'t let him do this if you have a court order.
It\'s his house I made him buy me out as I knew he would do this, Yes he is in contempt of court, ask my atty, what to do he said just sit tight.
