Today was new year's day and it was really cold. I didn't do much of anything today. We woke up at 10 since we slept at 1 am because of new year's eve. My neck was tired of being in the brace for more hours than normal. I wasn't really able to look up at the fireworks last night but since it was below freezing I didn't plan on staying outside so long. It was the first year I didn't pop any fireworks. I hope next year I can resume my normal activities. My pain was minimal so I can't complain about that.
