2017+mental health

It is 2017 and mental health is still a taboo topic to be discussed in many quarters of society. But why? There is the fear of shame, embarrassment, being rejected and not being just "normal" enough. The paradox is that not all people with mental health problems are so guilt ridden shameful or worried in the least. I am not speaking here of those with mental health issues who are not afraid to talk about their illness and have the self esteem to lead a normal life despite their illness. I'm talking about another segment of people with mental health problems. I'm talking about those who have pathological personality disorders which are diagnosed by psychiatrists. People with these disorders are not afraid of their mental health disoders, generally speaking, because they feel, in many cases that there is nothing wrong with them. It is always somebody or something else that is the problem. NEVER themselves. So as long as they are "not the problem" why do THEY need help? If they go for help, they may drop out pretty quickly, because there has to be something wrong with the councelor to define them as the legitimate problem when applicable,  as oppossed to somebody else or something else. These individuals can be charming and make somebody else feel so good. But only until they know how to hurt and in many cases destroy the other person. And once the person has been psychologically destroyed by the individuals with the pathological personality disorder(s) the pathological personality disorderred person abandons the harmed person and goes of to harm somebody else in the very same way. They have no shame,no guilt, no real empathy, no remorse and in some cases no fear of future concequences. These people are mentally ill because of their pathological personality disorder(s) Meanwhile those with schizophrenia, bipolar, depression, anxiety, etcetra are doing their best, in large numbers to get better and have no interest in behaving as those with pathological personalities disorders do. So if the pathologically personality disorderred individuals are allowed to live the lives they do and are even desired because of their ability to lower the self esteem of others, then what do people getting help for schyzophrenia, bipolar, anxiety, depression, have to be ashamed about since they have no desire to do to people what the pathologically personality disorderred persons do to people shamelessly and are therefore affected by mental illness, categorised differrently from those who have depression, anxiety, schizophrenia or any other mental health disorder that is stigmatised unlike those with pathological personality disorder(s)? Isn't it time to stop with all the stigma against those who are working hard to live and function with their mental health  difficulties that are not pathologically disorderred  in nature?  There are cases more numerous then imaginable of mentally ill persons, non pathological in nature seeking help and forever not knowing why they are still suffering ,because the reason was malicious treatment of a mentally ill person, PATHOLOGICAL in nature, having destroyed the self esteem of the non pathologically mentally ill person, who was not mentally ill prior to having met the pathologicaly ill person. And without the right to make a diagnosis we have no right to judge them without all the facts as this can lead to a faulty diagnosis we have no right to make. And the result is STIGMA. The question, in closing is what do those with better health who are also non pathological in nature do about it?
