Oh Guy my heart breaks for you. I read your post and I am very worried about you. You are too precious to be hurting yourself. I know it is hard to stop but please think of what you would tell a friend who was doing that. You would never want them to do that. Do you have a therapist or anyone you can talk to. My fear is not just that your are hurting yourself but that you could damage yourself or kill yourself accidentaly. Please message me anytime if you need to talk. Please know you have friends who care....it is good that you continue to reach out. It takes tremendous courage to be honest and admit that you are powerless at times. I believe in miracles...I am praying for a miracle for you.
Maybe you need residential treatment for this? Please stop, and get help!
