Sounds like you slipped back into a behavior that does not serve your highest good. I think the best we can do during these times is love ourselves enough to choose a different path today. The cycle of pain sucks the big one......I send you the most bright healing light I can imagine.....in spite of our flaws, we are perfect beings and there is great love for us.
