I am feeling useless. I can't help myself or my friends. I can't stop what i should and can't keep from happing what is going on. I need to let go of things i can't control.

You do have the power to stop what you should stop, but for whatever reason, at this time, you have surrendered your power to a behavior. You can reclaim your mojo, your EL Guapo, the part of you that sees only the highest good, the part of you that seeks only the highest purpose, the part of you that is One with Source....the real Guy.
