I woke up today at 5 AM and i felt like shit so i went back to sleep. I woke up at 7 AM and felt better. I am going to try my hardest to just do it this year. I hope along the way i can help others. But i do come first because if i don't come first to me then i can't be here for others.

yes we have to all come first to ourselves! when we r in a mess we cant possibly concentrate and help others! but helping others does bring ya out of ya own probs
