Oh dearest Jackie.......I am so very very sorry!!!! Can\'t your doctor change your meds to help break this feeling of despair?
Please know I am thinking of you and praying so many many prayers for you. I so wish I lived closer so that I could do something more practical to help you break free from this stranglehold of despair. Thanks. I feel the cloud lifting a bit. going to talk to her about lithium cause I\'m thinking I might be bipolar instead of \"just\" depressed.

Well I really hope you can get the right medication to help you, so that you can get back to living your life again. I am not a great one to be talking about medication because I am not very pro using it myself, but when things get as bad as they have for you then there is a definite place for it, and they need to find the right one to help you.
I have a younger brother who is bipolar, and it took a while before they managed to get his medication adjusted to the correct levels, but now that they have he is able to leead as normal a life as anyone. So I know when you really need them becuase of a true chemical imbalance and they can get them right, it is wonderful.
I am just very fortunate that I have never had to resort to any drugs, and have managed to control my depression naturally, which no doubt means I do not have a chemically imbalanced induced one to deal with. For which I give God great thanks.

I think it\'s probably time to do a reassessment of my meds anyway. I\'ve struggled with depression since I was a teenager. I need to talk to dr about it because I can tell today my moods have been up and down.
