1st doctors appointment

All went well at the doctors visit.  Although the doctor said he may not be able to pick up the baby's heartbeat yet with the fetal doppler (since I am right on the edge when you can pick it up), he did get a heart beat for me.  It looks like the little baby is doing just fine.  All the blood work came back good.  I haven't gained too much weight yet -- just a couple of pounds.   Anyhow, everything is still looking good, so I guess we can start telling people and buying baby stuff.  I guess we're really going to finally have a baby.  It is really exciting and kind of scary too.
