jk, welcome to DS. You\'ve come to a wonderful place where most opf us know exactly how you are feeling. I\'ve been gambling free for almost 13 months now. It wasn\'t easy and you\'re right, you can\'t do it alone. There are several ways to combat the gambling addiction. Whatever works for you is what you should use. Try GA, or counseling. Also, some of the people on this site have some good advice. Make friends here and read all you can about this horrible affliction. Knowledge is power.
