Sunday
Waking up sick again, my doctor keeps saying it is stress can stress make me this sick? It is Sunday morning and I am looking out side.I see a world ,but do not feel I am in it. Can the pain of losing my daughter bring on so much sickness, it is going to be 7 years. I am always feeling so bad that,I feel numb about my Denise ,like I can not take any more. One of my anxiety i s fear of having a heart attack from all the stress,so every pain and ache scares me. With fibromyalgia and meniere,s and acid reflux and anxiety, ext. I do not know how to go on. Living has lost it meaning. I go to counseling,I take meds. I try to push myself through the day I do not sit around ,what else can I do , I pray. I feel so lost right now, where has my sunshine gone.

I think that it takes time to truly go through all the pain that the loss of our children brings to us. I know that it is so easy to see all that is gone and wrong with our lives now. I think that we have to work to see what is right...and good. I hope with all my heart, that you will continue to look to see those things that are special and unique about each day. We need you here and a part of our sisterhood...holding your hand...Karen
It has only been one month for me and I awake every morning feeling sick...I pray I don\'t have to go on like this for years, but I am afraid I will..I think one thing maybe with you and I is that we are alone..There is no one to lean on..We have friend and family, but they are going on with their lives and we are setting here in pain.So empty and caring a hole in our heart that never can be fixed. What I have heard so far is that the pain never leaves, but you learn to live with it..That means we will carry a pain so deep every day that it will be hard to breath...Some have husbands or other children at home to take some of the load of the pain, but you and I carry it all alone...Maybe we can hold each others hand alone the path here on DS..Maybe we can make it through one day at a time..Here is my hand~~~~~~
Thank you all so much to hands to hold,I am blessed, love you both
Stress can do all kinds of things to your body - none of them good. Find something wonderful and special in each and every day....Hugs, Ann
My sweet friend I am so sorry you are not feeling well. Yes the stress of losing our children can bring on our physical illnesses and make us worse.. Remember you are loved here and that you have me a huge positive. Hope I made you smile.
Stress beats down our immune system and makes us wide opern for everything that comes around. Find a way to work off your stress, excersis , throwing things, screeming. As soon as you find something that works for you, your body will start to feel better. Then you will be able to adjust and put another foot in front of the other.
Hugs Penny
I was seldom sick before my son died. Ever since, I catch every bug that shows up. I fight through it and the emotional pain doesn\'t seem as deep but physically, I continue to wrestle. I think grief plays on every aspect of health. I pray you can find some sunshine and remember you are loved. Robin
