Just having a couple of really bad days. I don't know why. I thought the depression was over but it hit me a couple of days ago, the tears just started up again.

Wow, this depression thing is really unpredictable. I think it is passing and the next thing I know bam.... it\'s back, the tears start. I am really tired of all this crying. Dealing with Heart disease and COPD is bad enough without having crying spells, too. I get no support from my family, they don\'t understand at all. I sometimes think they don\'t want to understand. It isn\'t on their list of priorities. Busy lives have no room for the weak or elderly or sick.. I will continue to cherish all the little moments of joy that I am Blessed with and pray that I win this battle with sadness and despondency.and hopelessness.

some days I really wish I could just die so the pain would go away, My best friend has passed away, I didn\'t get to see her, she was 2,000 miles away, I have no one to talk to, she was all I had left.... What do I do now. I don\'t know what to do.

I\'ve been going through a terrible depression, anxiety and panic attacks. I finally went to the doctor yesterday and he gave me some medication. Today, I feel so much better and the world doesn\'t look as dark as it did. I actually got some good sleep last night, which is very unusual for me. I\'m not saying the world is rosy yet, but it\'s certainly better than yesterday. If you\'re not on anti-depression medications, maybe you should ask your doctor about them; or if you\'re already on them, maybe your doctor needs to change to a new medication or adjust your dose. Please try...it\'s so important.
