Monday Night....Well, everything changes so quickly, doesn't it?  I found out today, my mom, who has been battling colon cancer, has a spot on her lung that has gotten larger.  She has an appt. on the 3rd of March to discuss options.(My 24th anniversary)  Doesn't really sound too good.  Melissa, Adam's girlfriend, is still in the hospital in St. Louis.  She for sure has gall stones.  They did numerous ultrasounds today to find out what else is going on.  Scott's headstone is in.  They will do the engraving on it next week.  The ground will have to dry quite a bit before we set it.  The teacher I work with turned in her resignation this A.M.  She only had a temp. teaching certif. and could teach next yr. and go back to school the 3rd or just go back now.  She chose to go back now.  It doesn't really change my job other than I really like her and we are all a little flakey in that room (paras & teacher) but it has been a good mix.  Hopefully the teacher for next year will be just as good.  In any case, change is hard.  I am coming along on the Methadone awareness.  It will air this weekend, according to my son Chris.  He was able to help with the investigation also.  My power went off for about an hour tonight. Again.  Candlelight is SO NOT romantic in my world.  I am hoping it stays on all night.  The last outage I bought what I call the Heart Attack Alarm.  You know....the Big Ben you wind up?!?!?  Nothing gentle about waking up with it.  I set it, just in case. Today the temp was nearly 60.  Tomorrow we will be lucky to make it to 30 and expect snow showers! I am READY for spring!  Peace to all of you reading this.

Ginger,
Sorry to hear about your Mom. Does she live near you?
Melissa if it\'s just her gallbladder will be just fine. My mom last summer @ the age of 82 had hers taken out and within the week she was bending down to pick stuff off the floor. Hugs, Inga

Ginger, I hope you record the program when it airs. I would love to see it. I\'m ready for spring too. I usually get pretty bummed out about the weather about this time of year and then the crocus and the daffodils pop up and I can believe it will soon be warm. Their up, but we\'re expecting snow tonight and tomorrow. Come on Spring!!!!!!!! I hope you have the strength to deal with your mom\'s situation. I\'m so sorry. Such a heavy load for you! Here for you whenever you need me, Cyn
