Saturday....An uneventful day. Thank God! It was actually a bit like normal used to be. I cleaned a bit, did laundry, watched TV, made and rec'd a few calls, and now am on line. Of course, I am always tense, waiting for the next shoe to fall. We are under yet another winter advisory and both Chris and Adam are out and will have to drive later. I am always afraid. Chris is at work and does not get off until 1 a.m. and Adam is just being a 20 year old. OUCH! Tomorrow the temp is supposed to be about 46 so maybe we will get rid of a lot more of this ice. Monday it will be about 60 and then they are calling for snow again on Tuesday. CRAZY weather. This is the only place I know where we can have sun, tornadoes, and snow all in the same day. I did Adam's taxes today. I started to do Scott's and then found out I need a special form if I want the check mailed to me. It is not very much, but again, it is unfinished business I need to finish. I haven't been to the cemetery for a few wks. Progress, I guess. I was going every couple of days, then once a week, and then I just quit. Don't know why. I think I may go tomorrow. Maybe not. I think now that the headstone is ordered I am putting it off for that. Who knows?!?!? Peace to all who took their precious time to read.

Those uneventful, almost-normal days are nice, aren\'t they? I hope you have many more to come. I did Jerry\'s taxes a few weeks ago. It was nice getting that done and out of the way. Seems the more unfinished business we have hanging over us, the harder it is to focus on our healing. But, it all comes in it\'s own time. Hope you have a peaceful Sunday, dear friend. Adrianne
I too enjoy the routine days...the ones that a reminiscent of days gone by...sometimes, on those days, it as if Alex isn\'t really gone and i am okay. I am so glad that you had a day like that and maybe you are working towards more like that...with our new normal...whatever that is...love and hugs...Karen
It\'s the old routines that bring back the normal to our lives. I didn\'t like Melissa not being mark, it was like she was forgotten. Her Marker is in place now...still miss her. I have to wait until the beginning of March to do any of our taxes to make sure that all the receipts are in from the Mail. Then I will have to file Melissa\'s last tax return that will be hard. Although I did my Dad\'s. Will have to wait and see. Wishing you more normal days...peace. Love and Hugs.
Ginger,
I still have my sons ashes in an urn in my living room .I have no plans on what to do. I like him being around.
I live near Lake Erie and our weather is NUTS.Never know what is gonna happen next , it changes in an instant...Hugs, Inga
Ginger,
I long for routine days. They are so welcome when they come. Glad you\'ve had a few. Love and hugs, Cyn
Those days are so wonderful. Who ever would have thought that routine and normal would become a goal we reach for. I too have stopped going to the cemetery. I say it\'s the cold but I think it\'s me. My heart says he\'s not there and I can love and honor him anywhere, so I don\'t go. Am I coping out? Love and hugs Cathy
