Still not feeling great so I didn't go to the garage sale "thing".  I did go to dinner tonight with my husband and father-in-law.  That was ok.  We went, ate, and came home.  That is my idea of going somewhere.  We were gone about 2 hours.  That is enough.  I wrote a letter to Scott last night.  Somehow it makes me feel better when I do.  I miss him so much!  I get so tired of coming on this site and going to the Compassionate Friends meetings only to find so many new bereaved parents.  It breaks my heart to see anyone "join" this awful club.  My heart hurts for all of us but especially those at the very beginning of this journey.  I still hurt, to the core, everyday.  But, it is not as intense as those 1st few weeks.  It is a wonder any of us survive.  So many thanks to all of you for helping me.

Glad you and Adam are doing better. Being sick makes this journey even harder. I think we will al hurt to the core for the rest of our lives. We will just learn how to continue to live with it. Wishing you the strength to do just that. Cyn

I think that writing to Scott is a wonderful idea. I do find that when I do that my tears pour...so maybe it is a cleansing. I agree those first weeks are the absolute worst time EVER...and it is so hard to see others suffering as we suffer...love and hugs...Karen

Writing makes me cry a bit more. I hope it\'s theraputic for you. I also hate to see the new parents on this site. We all know that pain and wouldn\'t wish it on anyone. Hoping you have a peaceful night. Love Robin
