I can't believe nearly a week has passed since I wrote. I have been so busy. I am out of school until the 2nd of Jan. I need the time off! Today I went with my mom to see the Nutcracker at the Springfield Little Theatre. She also took me to lunch at one of my favorite Italian restaurants. It was nice. It was a struggle for me to get out and about but on the other hand, with mom so sick, it was a good thing to spend the afternoon with her. I guess tomorrow I will try to bake some cookies. I will be cooking on Christmas. Adam and Chris are my push. If I didn't have them I would not do anything! They aren't asking me to do things but I just feel it would not be fair to them, alive & well, to skip Christmas. I will be glad when it is all over, though. It is so stressful! I am not feeling so well this evening. Maybe too much garlic. I thought eating supper would help. It didn't. My stomach is just YUCK. I think I will go clean the kitchen just a bit and then get my p.j.'s on. Maybe an early night is what I need. The weather is changing. Again. It is getting a lot colder and has been raining off/on. They say it will change to snow overnight. Not much accumulation, though. I don't care one way or the other. I went grocery shopping today and other than maybe needing milk in a couple of days I won't do anything until after Christmas. I hope everyone is having a peaceful weekend.
