FRIDAY!!! I am so glad! I am so tired!  My pain comes in waves.  I feel so-so one minute and the next I feel like I felt when I found Scott...hysterical, in shock, unable to breathe, etc.  I just hate this.  Craig, my husband, did lose his job.  Adam, my youngest, is on suspension.  Guess I will try to get a part-time job in the meantime. I can't work two full time jobs.  It took a couple of months for Craig to find a job last time.  We CANNOT make it on my income.  This journey gets worse with every step.  The funeral home called the insurance co. today and was told it could take 6 mos. to a year before a decision is made.  It is a lousy $10,000 policy.  Barely enough to pay for the funeral and get a headstone.  If I had had to purchase a plot it wouldn't be enough.  Scott's grandparents had purchased 3 "just in case".  Thank God they did. Plus, Scott is next to his Grandma who he adored. With family. This policy wasn't supposed to be a money maker.  Just for the above. I never planned to have to use it.  And now when I need to.....  Doesn't seem like to much for a Mom to ask...a funeral and a headstone. Guess I am in the wrong business.  I do want to thank everyone for their support.  I am not sure I would still be moving if I didn't have all of you.

I am riding the waves of pain with you...holding you tight. I understand...about the funeral. Alicia\'s cost $10K and that was without a buriel plot..that is a sin in and of itself. Wish I could do something to help you. Keeping you in my prayers. Praying for peace for you. Love, lana

You\'re exactly right, the waves. Like they say a roller coaster ride that leaves you screaming to get off. Hang in there, we\'re all in this together. Thinking of you and hoping the weekend gets a bit better. Love Robin

I hated the fact that we had to deal with all the money issues after Chris died. I felt like you, we have just lost our only child, why should we have to deal with anything else-but of course the world doesn\'t see it that way. A lawyer told me very gently, Sandy, you are not even a name to these companies, you are a number-and he hit it on the head-keep letting us know how you are doing-you can vent to us-I used to HATE going to the mailbox and answering the phone-and I find I still have mailbox anxiety-I truly do-I hate getting the mail because of all the crap we had to deal with that came by mail after Chris died-so I know the feeling in the pit of your stomach when the phone rings or you have to face the letters-just know we are here and so many of us have made it through what you are facing-it isn\'t easy, but we are here for you, Love, Sandy

I hate the fact that not only do we have to deal with a heartbreak that is so bad, people who haven\'t experienced it cannot understand, but we have to deal with all the money problems and the funeral costs, it never seems to end. As the river takes you , reach you hand to me and I\'ll do my best to pull you into the shallows for a rest. Love and hugs cathy
