October 1:  Thanks so much for your comments. They help.  I know my husband is not doing this on purpose.  I just lose my patience.  It consumes so much energy to say something once, much less twice.  I should be more forgiving....I too have a very short-term memory.  Not on days past, but right now.  I am for sure suffering PTSS.  I found Scott. Chris came over for his birthday dinner with his girlfriend.  Adam was here with his girlfriend, and my father-in-law, too.  It was nice but I sure missed Scott and my mother-in-law.  I actually cooked (manicotti)  and made a cake.  That was hard.  I don't think it all turned out as good as usual but no one said anything.  I think they are just glad I cooked.  Today is 15 weeks since Scott died.  I hate Sundays!  Yes, it is Sunday, although I know this thing will say Mon.  Does anyone know how to fix that?  While Chris was here he used my computer...his is not up and running right now.  He chatted with the first EMT to arrive.  She was a friend of Scott's and still Chris and Adam.  Anyway, she said Scott had been gone about an hour when they arrived.  That helped me in a way I can't discuss just yet.  I have been meaning to call her.  I have questions.  I am afraid, though.  I have a personal question ladies....what in the world do you do about sex?  Seems like I am afraid of that, too.  Don't really know why.  Does anyone else feel this way?  If so, what do you do, if anything?  Chris has been working on my Mom's old house so he can purchase it.  It has been a rental for years and was TRASHED!  He has worked so hard.  The appraiser comes tomorrow and if all goes well, the closing will be on Thurs.  Please say a prayer, keep your fingers crossed, think good thoughts, or whatever it is you can do.  He deserves it!  Speaking of Mom.  She has been battling colan cancer for about a year now and has been on chemo for several months.  The doctors want to do surgery again.  They will do it sometime in Dec., I think.  Her odds without the surgery are 20-40%.  With...50%.  However, if they don't do the surgery when they stop chemo, which they have to do soon, the growing will continue.  I don't feel real positive about all this.  She almost died from the last one.  This time, she is so weak. One more thing to fret about....December is looking more bleak by the moment.  I have been buying Christmas presents as I see something.  I am sure I am not going to want to be around all the festive stuff when the time comes.  I couldn't care less about the holiday this year.  But, my family will be counting for strength, etc.  As most moms, I am pretty much the glue.  Well, time for bed and another week.  We are off work on Friday.  Yea!  Guess I will have to clean or something for my friends visit.  God Bless.  Ginger
