I really need to work on my office politics skills. I never wanted to play these games and never had to before. Suddenly, I find in big companies, or at least this one, people are back stabbing cut throats. WHatever happened to team work? I guess I was blind, but I never had to deal with it in my job before. I have seen others fighting with coworkers, I just didnt realize that since I now have coworkers in my own department, I have to live with their dog eat dog attitudes. It hurts me to be thrown under a bus, and have every little thing used as ammo against me. WOW
