I would just like to ask all of you to send extra positive thoughts my way tomorrow.  Not only is it the 6th anniversary of Clinton's accident, I will be going to the funeral home for visitation for the 28 year old son of a lady who I work with.  We don't really have many details about his cause of death yet, only that his sister found him dead in his apartment last Thurs or Fri.  He had been to Iraq on two tours and was injured on the last one.  My heart breaks for yet another Mother having to say goodbye to the physical being of her child.  Thankfully it is not the same funeral home where my son was, but I have to confess that I am not looking forward to being in a funeral home for a young man on the anniversary of my son's passing.  I just feel that it is so very important to show my friend that even though she sees no hope right now, that 6 years later, I'm still standing and functioning which means there is hope for her too.  Thank you all in advance for "helping" me "help" my friend.  Love you all so much and am so blessed to have you all in my corner.

May your heart find the comfort that it needs dearest one and what a courageous gift you are giving your co-worker on this tender day for you.

Please when you are able let us know how it was for you and how you are feeling. I attended a funeral four months after the death of Douglas and I sat in the back in case I needed to leave. It was the son of one of my dear friends and she called me the morning of and told me that I didn\'t need to go. I wanted to and it took a ton of flesh yet I don\'t regret it for a moment.

I\'m with you and I care~

Lots of love and the tightest of heart (((hugs)))

I\'m so sorry to hear about your co-workers son - as always there\'s no making sense of any of it. I\'m sure that will be very hard for you that day - what a decent, kind thing for you to be able to give her comfort on Clinton\'s anniversary. He must be so proud of his mom ~ Joanna x

Lynn, what a kind and giving gesture; to be by your friend\'s side as she says good bye to her beloved son. I know it will mean a great deal to her. I am so sorry for her loss. Sending prayers as you reach out to this grieving mom on your dear Clinton\'s angelversary. Love and gentle hugs, Linda

You are truly paying it forward. Another lost soul in grief, only you can truly say you can understand. She will need you to help her deal with the next roller coaster as you know is a very bumby ride. To be so close to your Clintons angle date, is very heartbreaking for you....
Big bear hugs for you ~ Penny
