Dear DS diary,
I'm still feeling more than a little overwhelmed. It is of basically no help at all that I feel so much pressure to be looking for some kind of paralegal work at the same time that I want to chase my PCCE certification that it's basically making me cranky. As usual my parents were clueless to the emotional pain I am feeling, which is why losing the Meebo bar hurts so much.
This pressure is being triggered in part by the fact that my student insurance goes bye-bye at the end of August...but realistically, I would need to have a backup plan by the 15th of that month to be covered. It's not an impossible situation, but...it...isn't boding too well for this dream idea I had of having two part-time jobs (is there such a thing as a part-time job that would have benefits? I kinda doubt it...)
I'm going to the Angels-Red Sox game tomorrow...(sigh)...I mean, I like MLB now that the divisions are all equal, but there will be probably 30K people there and I don't think I have to explain how joyful -- or not, to be truthful -- that's going to feel for someone like yours truly who is not a particular fan of large crowds...or people...or noise...
I just wish I had answers. Nothing feels okay. I definitely wouldn't do it but I feel as though I could just jump off the Tobin Bridge during rush hour and nobody would notice.
