I'm not adjusting to Daylight Savings Time like I used to anymore. Of course this time it was aggravated by...things (see previous journal).
Aggravated enough that I just plain left my seroquel behind last night. A friend quickly talked me back onto it.
Worse was that around 3am I had a nausea episode. I wanted to throw up but didn't want to disturb my parents' sleep. So I held it in...and paid for it dearly. I promptly had "it" episodes after both breakfast and lunch and just generally felt awful. Later I figured out I had one of those 12-hour stomach bugs that make you feel like crap for its duration and then goes away as suddenly as it came.
I don't think it would have mattered because I slept so poorly with my frustration episode that I wouldn't have been all there today anyway, stomach bug or not. And in my (lack of) wisdom I had a Pepsi with my dinner, forgetting the fact that when you need to catch up on sleep that's just a bad idea.
Semester break is in a week. Can't come soon enough.
