Compared to how the rest of this week has gone, today I had guns blazing.  Still a lot of work to do, but it's just amazing how getting stabilized by a couple of friends helps (you two know who you are).
I do have to confess to something, though: The media project involving the TV series Mad Men...it just isn't going to and won't work out.  I've tried to watch a full episode several times, but each time I've found myself shutting Netflix down after about 10 minutes; I just can't get into the series.  Today I gave up and found an episode guide via About.com.  Then I downloaded a $3 quicklet book to the Kindle app on my iPod Touch so I can at least try to pretend I garnered something from it.
This will probably clinch a not clear in my ethics course with the way things have gone there, but there is little else I can do.  I've been struggling in that course all semester, but anybody who knows how much I distrust people knows that working with my supposed study group mates was out of the question from day one (yes, I've even ignored the two female members in my group, which is saying something because under normal circumstances I would trust females more).
Honestly, though, seeing as how I have another year ahead of me regardless, this might hurt for a little while, but in the long run I'm not going to care...I hope.
