Today I'm trying something different at the advice of one of my trainers. I had been talking to her on Friday and we both agreed that emotionally I'm nothing short of overwhelmed because it feels like I'm tackling two jobs between my part-time work and my classes.
She already has me taking 30 minutes for me just before I go to sleep. Today I'm using another of her suggestions and just packing something other than my studies for my commute from my job to my classes, just to take a little breather. I downloaded a Make Dice app onto my iPod Touch to help me decide what to pull out.
I have no idea how this is going to work out, because from a stability standpoint I have my doubts as to whether I'll be okay until I finally get caught up again with my classes. With the way my stamina has been holding up (not good), Mondays and now Wednesdays (most of the time) are proving to be near impossible for getting any work done when I get home because I simply crap out, which isn't helping matters.
But I have to start somewhere. Any clue beats none. And frankly, since I'm on a 2-year target to complete my AS (which implicates 13 courses next year...aggghhh!), the time to start finding unwinding outs is now.
