ugh

This morning at the pharmacy we managed to get caught up a little sooner than expected, so I was able to clock out early, allowing me around an hour to work on stuff before I need to head to campus.
Problem is, I'm at that point where that hour really needs to be three or four.  I feel really haunted by not being able to handle my stress level a week or so before.  I realize I'm sounding like a broken record and a pain in the (bleep) about this, but the chain reaction it's triggered is just staggering.  I feel so discouraged that I could actually be a beaten man right here, right now.
There is definitely part of me that says to fight on.  But a growing part of me wants to throw in the towel -- I don't even want to know how badly I bombed out (sorry for the word choice but that's all I can think of) my exam on Monday -- and I really don't care what the underlying excuse might be, because that's not a good sign.  Period.

To complete the thought, while part of me definitely doesn\'t miss my bouncy colleague that has take another job, there is really no denying the effects that it left behind. Knowing how my stamina has been holding up, working three days a week was my nightmare scenario. Now that it\'s come true, I just don\'t see how I can catch myself up without tearing into my sleep schedule, and if you\'ve been following previous entries you know what that\'s going to lead to.
