I got delivery on my new attempt to stay cool in the heat gadget,,,,an evaporator air cooler ,,also known as a swamp cooler ,,,,seems that few people have ever heard of them,,they have been around for a while,,,it is not an air conditioner and not a fan,,not a humidifier exactly,,I have no idea what I bought,,but it beat buying another air conditioner at least for now ,,,for what it is ,,it is not all that bad for $50 with shipping (an ebay thing),,,I have it next to me right now on the ole computer,,just whirring away,,,,you have to fill it with water and ice to get it cracking ..
I have been doing pretty well,,,been having some strange, though nice dreams lately,,, not quite erotic,, but certainly fits the bill,,,much more interesting than reality life,,,at least for now,,,at least I wind up on dates,,,with women,,,
Saw a BBC documentary on Mitt Romney last nite,,,,none to flattering at all,,,the Brits apparently do not trust him nor do they think he is a honest player....they would have preferred Santorum or even Gingrich at least that is the impression I got,,
Been hearing a lot about the age for retirement and the adjustment of paid pensions being changed,,,,this may sound a bit selfish,,,,but I seem to be locked in for the duration and will not affect me ,,as I am already into the system,,,it seems that those just coming into the system within the next year or so and going forward will be hugely affected,,,am I glad I am not in my fifties,,
