I threw the pills I wanted to take away.I am hoping these feelings will pass.They have before.I've been having an awful week.I haven't been sleeping either.My doctor gave me a med adjustment and I am really hoping it will level me out.I hate the ups and downs.I feel like I am on a roller coaster that isn't going to stop. can't really explain how I'm feeling to anyone because unless you've been there you don't understand.
