I watched bits and pieces of the presidential inauguration today.It was a sight to see and history was certainly made but I had to leave the room when Aretha Franklin came on and sang.I like some of her music but her high piched singing today was grated on my nerves and that hat she was wearing was something else.I couldn't believe it.Anyway,I hope I can sleep tonight.I have an appointment with my therapist in the morning.Maybe I need a med increase because if I don't sleep tonight this will be the third nightin a row that I didn't get a good night's rest.
