the start of a sober thang... Absolutely, their is no salvation in the twelve steps. The devil wants you sober not holy, it\'s a elaborate trick to keep ones mind on staying clean/sober a day at a time. Pray for deliverance once and thank him there after no matter how you feel and/or how much you use/used/or gonna use just keep thanking him for delivering you. Faith without work is dead.
Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
Well, I think we block the sunlight if we are not sober. Substances cloud us & cloud the truth & the freedom. I have to work on both every day. I was made perfectly but allowed the clouds to gather. The sun is always there shining whether I see clouds or a night sky. You go, Jake!
