I am in a constant battle with my ex-boyfriend who is also a housemate in this room-rental house.  I would like to either not speak to each other or be friends.  He can do neither.  It is either I kiss his bum or he screams at me until I threaten to call the police.  I would like to move out but this is an absolute dream apartment except for him.  I've lived in dump after dump and I won't let him ruin this for me.
