Exhausted
I have been taking the bus and train everywhere I go. Geo doesn't want to be driving around and I can take the bus and save money on tolls and gas. I have a free bus pass, so it doesn't cost me anything. The trip planner thing does not work and I have to pull out all my schedules and figure it out that way. I am on a shake diet along with Geo, but I cheated today... after the bipolar support group meeting we went out to eat and I ate a ton. I'm just glad I didn't purge, even though I really wanted to. Geo is progressing on his weight loss... 16 pounds in 2 days! He can do it... I think he really is committed now. I'm trying my best not to enable him. It's so hard, since we moved in together I would always bring his sweets from the store or some junk food and soda. He is sticking to his diet and they want him to lose 41 pounds in 3 weeks on the diet. He just needs to be close, and at the rate he's going he will do great. I lost weight, but after today's binge I probably gained it all back. I got this protein shake from Walgreens and it was totally disgusting. So tomorrow I'm going to go back and get my regular shake. I will try and update more... I just feel so tired from having a totally thrown off sleep schedule. One day I wake up at 7 am, then 1pm, then noon, then 8am.. it's all over the place. I need to get my schedule to be waking up early so I can get more stable. I have a colonoscopy on the 19th to check to see if I have collitis or something else. I'm not looking forward to it.. I have to be there at 7 am. Geo is taking me since I'm going to be dealing with the sedation. I'm happy that he is there for me when I need him. I love him so much.

I think it is great that you are doing the shakes to be supportive but I also know you are struggling with eating enough so I am glad and proud that you ate the food and esp. didn\'t purge. you need to keep up your strength and that means eating enough calories. we all now how fast the slippery slope is back to ana. good luck on the colonoscopy, the stuff before is the worst part. it is great news that geo is taking this seriously and has lost weight and that things seem to be back on track. many hugsss
I agree with ann54. I\'m happy you are working with Geo to help him . .Glad to hear he\'s taking you to your colonoscopy appt.
I am sending good vibes to both you and Geo. HUGS!
nice of geo to be there for you! best of luck with the colonscopy! xxoo
