Feeling Better

I feel almost human again! I'm still having trouble breathing and getting anxiety attacks but those are going away slowly. I think I have therapy on Monday but I haven't gotten called for it and someone threw away my appointment slip. We also don't know where Angela's nail clippers went... having so many people clean your house means things get lost. Geo once lost his high school ring when his mom cleaned out his old room, and we found it by accident, months later- in the box my engagement ring came in. So we have no idea where her nail clippers are and we went to a pet store and they wanted $10 for one! So we are going to go look at Target tomorrow. I know we  will find the old one eventually, but  we have no idea where to look right now. We've already searched the obvious places, so it's someplace out of the way. Well, I need to start getting ready for bed, but I just wanted you all to know that I'm feeling a lot better.

great news you are feeling better!! it is so annoying when things \"disappear\", then you buy to replace and you find it the next day. many hugsss

I love my wedding ring for like 12hrs on Thursday...I was a mess.

Glad you are feeling better. When I used to have panic attacks my Dr at the time suggested a book...it was more of a workbook but what I got from it was to redirect my thoughts when they set in..it really helped. Dennis helped me as well..I would let him know they were coming on and he would start talking about \"stuff\" baby names...things like that...it seemed to lessen to the length and intensity of them.

Just what you need is 2 pet nail clippers! Which reminds me I need to do that for my dog too.
Great that you are feeling much better. Another panic attack suggestion is deep breathing....concentrate on the breathing.

I hope you found the nail clippers. It will show up after you buy the new one.. that\'s usually what happens. I \'m am so happy to hear you are feeling better.
Good luck with your breathing. Relaxing may help.
