Cake
I got my birthday cake today and I want some NOW. It looks so good... chocolate cream cake. I'm so hungry. I went to a buffet today and I'm way over my calories. Now I'm wishing I went to Zumba. Oh well.. that's in the past. I can't do anything about it. I don't know what's going on with my weight... I eat well and under my calories and I gain weight. I binge and eat tons of bad food and I lose weight. I just don't get it. Maybe I'm not getting enough calories and I need to eat more? I'm not sure. Most days I work out and walk a lot. Today was a lazy day. I have to step it up tomorrow, since I didn't walk today. I was supposed to go to the gym with Lisa, but she was too busy hanging out with her new boyfriend than to go to the gym. Is it wrong for me to be a tad upset with him since he doesn't want her losing weight and working out? I don't know... he seems a tad controlling to me.

Buffets are the devil...avoid them girl!! I think you need to find a healthy way to mix it up...I will do really well with food...salads, lean meats veggies...then I will break down and make a cheeseburger...and the scale will go down;)
Sorry about your friend...I think its sad when people drop their lifestyle because a new man comes into the picture...
is today your birthday? happy birthday to you!!! the whole eating thing is beyond me, I don\'t get it at all, I guess the one thing to remember that the bingeing and eat right aren\'t good to go back and forth with, we all need that darn stability. as for the b/f of your friend, he does seem controlling, esp. since they just started out, what will he be like later? one shouldn\'t tell another that you cant do something. is lisa really been wanting a b/f and feeling like she would never have one? if so she may be settling for this so she can feel loved. hugsss
