Lazy
Today I was lazy. I didn't want to go to the gym, even though I had the energy for it. I just lay in bed until I fell back asleep. I did go later with Lisa, but we just did strength training and no cardio. She was also nice and took me to the store since Geo's foot is hurting too bad for him to drive. I like Lisa... we talk a lot at the gym and on the phone. It's nice to have a friend in real life... not anything down on my internet friends, but sometimes it's nice to have a shoulder to cry on. Geo is there for me too, but not all the time. I've been getting depressed at night... I just feel down. Then I wake up okay. Margie, one of my friends, told me not to worry about Heather until she buys her ticket. Then I can worry, since there's a good chance it might not happen. I'm glad to have such good friends who can give me good advice. *hugs* And I like my friends here (I'm looking at you, Ann!) who give me great advice and comfort that I'm not alone.

its ok to have a lazy day and it wasn\'t totally lazy you did go and strength training is important. I am happy you have lisa, it is important to have \"real\" friends, they are vital. good thought about the heather thing, though it is still hard to get out of your mind im sure. hugss
I agree with Ann. You did exercise. It \'s good to switch up the exercise you do. I hope you lose weight this week. I bet you are losing inches. take care .
sounds to me like you did exercise.
glad your friends in real life come through for you. internet is great, but its not real. i unplugged a lot of it, because it seemed unhealthy and too addictive. it is fun though as long as you see it for what it is. its like stress free friendships. lol.
those chicken thighs sounds great. good idea. xxoo
