Sore
I took a walk/jog yesterday and I'm sore today. I keep on pushing myself, and then I take a day off. My back is hurting again, too. It might be that I've been sleeping too much or staying in bed too long.... but I'm not sure. Last night I went to bed at 9 pm and didn't wake up until noon. I felt pretty good, but I'm tired again now. I ate bad today and didn't drink enough water so I'm pretty sure I'm going to see a gain tomorrow. It's my own fault for going to Wendy's. Oh well. I'm back in the positives in my bank thanks to some cash I had lying around. My mom is sending me $100 that she borrowed and I'll get it tomorrow. My stepdad is also sending me a check so I'm looking forward to that. I think the $100 from my mom would be enough for me, but I can use the extra money to go to see my mom for Thanksgiving. I want Geo to come with me, and he's just worried about who is going to take care of Angela while we are gone. I'm thinking about just getting some dispensers for food and water and load up her litter box. That way someone only has to come over once or twice. I want to pay his little brother to do it. He doesn't think his stepmom is going to bring his brother over to take care of the cat. We will see. Tomorrow I might call a kennel to see about how much it would cost. I just really want Geo to come with me. I want him to spend time with my mom so he can get to know her better.

yahoooo on the walk/run, you are doing so good!! the back soreness could be from sleeping to much, it happens to me. you have a bad back to begin with and my lower back gets sore now from the job and I have found when I do sleep longer then normal it is stiff and sore. great news on the money front. the food dispenser is a great idea, I would love on but nala would eat it all till it was empty. maybe try and talk to geo\'s stepmom about his little brother and why you need him to come, maybe she will be more willing. hugsss

I hope Geo can go with you to see your mom.. I think i t\'s great that your mom and stepdad are helping you out . Don\'t worry about going to Wendy\'s in time it will become easier I think for you to control your eating there and you wont\' have to worry.. You are doing great just keep it up. I know i have a hard time when we\'ve gone out to eat. Just have to figure out what works for you.
Wendy\'s has some pretty good choices really...chili or the grilled chicken sans the bun.
I hope it works out that Geo can go with you to visit your Mom.
yup, that is what i do. i put the same number of bowls of food and boxes of litter (any box works, put plastic on the bottom) for the number of days i will be gone, and then basins FULL OF WATER in the kitchen and in the tub in the bathroom. the longest i did this for so far is one week. everything was fine and i have multiple cats. you can also buy a 16 pound thing of food and just open it down the middle and leave it out. that also works. animals aren\'t that picky. they just want food. how long will you be gone for? xxoo
