Pain

Today I woke up in unbearable pain. My entire spine hurt, from my head to my tailbone. I had to take a Vicodin and I was still in pain. I had a migraine as well. Luckily I didn't have to do anything today, so I just spent it online. I was waiting for a package (my FitBit) but I guess it's going to be delivered tomorrow. I don't know for sure, though. I do have therapy tomorrow, but I'm using transportation so I don't have to take the bus. If my IBS is acting up again I could make a bathroom stop, unlike if I was on the bus. I did take my fiber today, so it should be okay.
I'm down to 230.8 pounds today! If I lose 6.5 pounds a week until my birthday in Feb (the 3rd) I will be in Onederland! That's weight-loss speak for being under 200 pounds. I think that would be a great birthday present for myself. I can do it.. that's just a pound and a half a week. So far I'm on track. I did my walk today, 1.25 miles, in 30 minutes. That's 24 minutes a mile! I used to walk it in 37 minutes, which is about 30 minutes a mile, so I've improved a lot. My best mile time since I started working out again is 23 minutes. I'm close! I should start back on my 5k training. I want to be able to walk a 5k by the end of October so I can do a Turkey Trot (a Thanksgiving-themed 5k) in November. I hope to be able to do it less than 80 minutes. The last one I did took me about 85 minutes, so I want to improve on that. It will just take some training. I can do it!

so sorry about the pain, do you know why it happened? I hope by this morning you are feeling better, if not, take it easy and lay low. that\'s wonderful news about your weight, you have worked so hard. at first I thought you said 6.5 pounds a week and I was so surprised but then I realized it was a month, lol. you will get there and also with your walking and the turkey trot, a lot to look forward too. hugss

good one with the \"onederland\" never heard that before. i\'m still there, but would reallllly love to be at the opposite end of the 100\'s, i keep wondering how the hell this happened and how i let it go on for so long. so now i am starting to sound like j, he never said anything about it until the passed 3 years about, this passed year k is also mentioning it. i\'m also concerned about what i\'ll look like thin, there must be lines under all this fat, i\'m an old woman! lol. plus all my skinny friends look like that, and then i wonder, is overweight a better way to go, if its just a little, when you are older, simply because \"balloons don\'t have wrinkles\" kind of dreading finding out, but i\'m sure my joints will be thrilled to find out. i know its verrrry unhealthy to be heavy.

good luck on the turkey trot! wow! xxoo
